What ChatGPT does well
ChatGPT is one of the best general AI assistants available, and ChatGPT Business adds what a team needs to use it at work.
- A strong assistant for everyone. Writing, analysis, research and agent mode for multi-step tasks, all in one app your team probably already knows.
- Projects and memory. Shared projects let teammates work from the same files and instructions.
- Connectors. Built-in connections to tools like Google Drive, Gmail, SharePoint and HubSpot, plus custom MCP connectors that an admin can enable.
- Admin controls. Business and Enterprise plans add workspace settings, permissions and more controls on Enterprise.
If your team only uses ChatGPT, and everything it needs lives in the apps ChatGPT connects to, ChatGPT Business may be all you need.
Where AgentOS is different
1. One context for every AI tool, not just one
A lot of teams don't use just one AI tool. Sales lives in ChatGPT, someone swears by Claude, and engineers are in Cursor. Each tool builds up its own memory, and none of them can see what the others know. Is my data used to train models?
AgentOS sends content to model providers like Anthropic and OpenAI only to generate the work you ask for, through their business APIs, which don't use your data to train their models (see our privacy policy). For ChatGPT itself, OpenAI says business data isn't used for training by default on Business and Enterprise plans. Check each vendor's current policy.
