Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of AgentOS, a product of Devcore. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind it.
The service
AgentOS is a shared workspace where your team and AI agents work together: records, documents, tasks, chats, and connections to external tools you choose to link. We will run the service with reasonable skill and care, and we will keep improving it, which means features can change over time.
Your account
Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself and let us know at hello@devvcore.com if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account, including the agents you run and the people you invite to your workspace.
Your data
Your workspace content is yours. You give us the license we need to host, process, and display it in order to run the service for you, and nothing more. How we collect and protect data is described in our Privacy Policy, including our handling of data from connected Google accounts.
Connected services
When you connect an external tool, you authorize AgentOS to access it on your behalf within the permissions you grant. Your use of those tools remains subject to their own terms. You can disconnect any integration at any time.
AI-generated work
AgentOS uses AI models to read, draft, and act on your behalf. AI output can be wrong. Review work that matters before you rely on it or send it, the same way you would review a colleague's draft. You are responsible for how AI output from your workspace is used.
Acceptable use
Do not use AgentOS to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to send spam, to distribute malware, or to probe or disrupt the service or other people's workspaces. Do not resell the service without our written agreement. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed as described at purchase. You can cancel any time; cancellation stops future charges and your plan runs to the end of the paid period. We will give notice before any price change takes effect.
Termination
You can stop using AgentOS and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and where practical we will warn you first. On deletion we remove your workspace content as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
AgentOS is provided "as is". To the maximum extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we will update this page and note the new effective date above. Continued use of AgentOS after a change means the updated terms apply.
